I wanted to exchange it for the larger band but the company wanted pictures of the band on my wrist. After three back and forth emails, I finally said forget it, keep my money its just not worth the BS. Terrible customer service. I told them I would return the smaller band at my cost but they made jump thru too many hoops. Screw them. ### ★★★★☆ It is a good watch band - Bill · 2026-10-04 · 已验证 It is a good watch band. It’s comfortable and seems durable and strong. ### ★☆☆☆☆ The pins for the Watch are smaller - Mynor Echeverria · 2026-10-03 · 已验证 The pins for the Watch are smaller; I tried replacing the spare one it came with, but it didn't work the same. I had to use the ones from an old bracelet I had. ### ★★★★★ Good product - kirkgjonesoutlook.com · 2026-10-02 · 已验证 Good product, packaging, communication and delivery ### ★☆☆☆☆ They shipped me a watch protector… - Wayne Morrison · 2026-09-01 · 已验证 They shipped me a watch protector without the bottom piece. When I received my band it was actually smaller and less masculine than it appears in their advertisements. It’s too thin for the Apple Ultra. I requested a refund but was refused. It would have been appreciated if they had offered to replace band with a more masculine band. But they basically said so sorry YOUR loss. ### ★★☆☆☆ I bought 2 Apple Watch straps from them… - Damian Clark · 2026-07-07 I bought 2 Apple Watch straps from them and they only delivered one. Asked for proof in either photo or video. I sent the proof they asked for. Still yet to respond. Now they have responded, and are sending the other item. Will update. ### ★★★★★ Recently purchased a new Skyline strap… - Daniel F · 2026-06-29 Recently purchased a new Skyline strap for my Garmin watch. Absolutely love this design! The phone stand/ hand grip, the quick access card slot for my handy multitool and wallet locator card, and lastly the trigger to the side instead of the top that usually interferes with the camera. Love it so much! Such a strong hold. Everything I needed finally fitting into one awesome wallet. I just need to wait for a lavender color now ### ★★★★★ Great experience - Emily · 2026-03-17 Great! Really like their designs and the color. Overall a great experience! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Don’t buy things from them - Danial Amini · 2026-03-10 Don’t buy things from them.
