They had issues with proper sizing and I agreed to getting the first 2 shirts and they promised to send the 3rd shirt when they had it in stock. I received the 2 shirts in October 2025 and then waited until January 2026 before I contacted them to ask where the 3rd shirt is . The deal is free shipping for ordered over SGD150. However when they sent the 3rd shirt I suddenly was expected to pay SGD 32 just for shipping. I refused the delivery. The added cost was not communicated to me at all in previous messages. Now one month later they have not replied to any messages or emails. Do not buy from them. When I finally received a delivery notification, it turned out that only part of the order was fulfilled, which was disappointing. I am still waiting… The company states that delivery takes 1–4 weeks, but given the order date and lack of clear progress, it already feels significantly delayed, especially without proactive updates. To be fair, emails are being responded to, but the overall experience has been frustrating due to the slow fulfillment and partial delivery. I was really looking forward to the items, but the delay has taken away much of the excitement.
