First the shipping price is damn near market rate like wdym $120 for 20kg to usa don’t even get me started on the qc photos they give you atleast 3 for small things but for clothes they give you 5 and shoes 7??? Like how do they even make money never switching agents again. Bbdbuy is the goat. After my payment I got charged almost 20% more with a total coming to £200. I immediately contacted bddbuy and asked for the reason of this mysterious charge and they outright denied the claim and blamed it on my bank for international charges (my bank has no charge). I asked 4 times and got no reply, constantly deflecting the claim. I checked online and found out since they don't support £ payment they convert Chinese yuan into Euros and use their own exchange rates to convert Euros into pounds although I was only informed of 1506 yuan payment unknown of this scandal. I hope bddbuy can reply to this and contact me to provide my appropriate refund and im happy to take this down. Thank you. ### ★★★★★ absolutely perfect customer service and… - Sh Sh · 2026-08-11 absolutely perfect customer service and they were really helpful they reply almost instantly > 商家回复 (2026-08-12): Thank you for your trust bro ### ★☆☆☆☆ Site is not safe - Antun Ladisic · 2026-07-11 Site is not safe.
