Dear Jennifer - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Ashli tells me this was already cleared up to your satisfaction today. She said FedEx did not deliver your package, nor did they leave a door tag letting you know your package was sitting at their warehouse. She said she called you in response to your email but you didn't receive her voicemail because she left it on an old number we had for you and then went on vacation for the holidays. Also, she told me the FedEx tracking number is difficult to find on your invoice unless you know where to look so you didn't think you had a way to follow up with FedEx yourself.
