They claim to offer AWS Activate Credits, but after you join their membership, they require you to register with Mercury. It's actually Mercury that provides AWS Activate Credits, not Beamstart. This is misleading and deceptive behavior. But before you subscribe, they will not tell you, you need to register Mercury. I paid for their subscription to access AWS credits, filled out all the required details, and emailed them to claim the offer. Despite waiting several days, I received no response. I sent them another follow-up email, and after several more days, they finally replied, asking me some questions. I promptly answered all their questions, but again, I received no further response even after waiting several days. It appears they are simply scammers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with them. It seems they're more focused on collecting data than helping startups thrive. The key issue here is that the company failed to fulfill their offer and did not provide a refund. For those interested, I’ve saved the original offer details, including the $5,000 and $10,000 AWS credits, to ensure they can't quietly alter it on their site. While AWS reserves the right to reject applications at their discretion, that’s understandable.
