Very good watches. Very good customer service. Very reponsive. ### ★★★★★ Great everyday watch - DANIEL PEREZ · 2026-08-31 · 已验证 Great everyday watch. Love it 😎 ### ★★★★☆ Nice watch - TC KHOO · 2026-08-18 · 已验证 The watch is accurate, well finished and stylish. However the packaging and delivery can improve. The box came with Fitya sticky tape around it. I have high regards for Fitya but it is like receiving an Omega watch in a Tudor box - the brand message is confusing. As for the delivery, the courier just left the box behind the gate even though there was someone in the house. Thankfully it was not raining that day. ### ★★★★★ Great watch - DOROTHY TAY · 2026-08-04 · 已验证 Quality was good . My husband was happy with the watch. ### ★★★★★ This was my first watch purchase from… - Avinash Champawat · 2026-07-27 · 已验证 This was my first watch purchase from your company and I was pleasantly surprised to see the extremely good quality make. It’s working fine with time accuracy to the seconds till now. Having worn Swiss made watches, I must say your watch is equally beautiful and functions up to the mark. ### ★☆☆☆☆ The watch I received does not match the… - client(e)Tedgui Jean Paul · 2026-07-09 · 已验证 The watch I received does not match the one I ordered, the mechanism on the back of the watch supposed to be visible, but instead i have a MIRROR. This is therebefore a deception. Dr TEDGUI JP Paris ### ★★★★☆ The product is great - Spartaco Grimaldi · 2026-04-15 · 已验证 The product is great, but the tracking is less than impressive. ### ★☆☆☆☆ After 22 days the whoch is’t arrived too - Salvatore Tomasello · 2025-12-22 · 已验证 After 22 days the watch is’t arrived too ### ★★★★★ The unusual experience - Kelvin Lee · 2025-12-19 · 已验证 The experience is great because even though a model of my liking ran out of stock, the customer service member have made effort to check if I prefer another model and if im interested to change. I did. ### ★★★★★ Lovely watch, good customer service - BenH · 2025-11-09 · 已验证 Lovely watch and good value-for-money. Also good customer service. Chun Jian was helpful and prompt in reply. ### ★★★☆☆ Lively watch - omar elka · 2025-11-07 · 已验证 Lively watch. Accurate and has hacking. Mesh bracelet has one minor flaw in one of the chain links, which is annoying, but barely acceptable. ### ★★★★☆ The delivery in Canada really slow. - PENG LIU · 2025-06-30 · 已验证 ### ★★☆☆☆ Goofy customer service - JW · 2025-06-18 · 已验证 The watch is alright, makes a noise when moving my arm. My biggest complaint is the shitty customer service, as I was promised a date for the watch’s arrival (because I would not be able to receive it past said date), and guess what, it didn’t arrive. Not only did it arrive late, the customer support also ghosted me and did not reply to numerous calls and emails. I received the watch now through my own efforts, which is why this isn’t a one-star review. I didn’t want to give a shite review, but was asked to ☺️ while they still have not replied to my emails. ### ★★★★★ Great product and service - JW · 2025-05-01 · 已验证 I had a very good experience with Beijing Watch. Their sales rep responded to all of my inquiries within 24 hours and showed me a video of the product before I purchased it. I bought the refined tourbillion and I’m very happy with the product and service. ### ★★★★★ Great product and service - RayTheRain · 2025-04-02 · 已验证 Great product and service. Customer service let me know I can get engraving without extra charge. Item shipped within 2 working days. ### ★★★★★ Attractive design with good quality - Izad · 2024-11-27 · 已验证 Attractive and functional in design. Amazing build quality. Ship out could be faster though. ### ★★★★★ nice watch in a fantastic box ,the… - chris vanderveeren · 2024-11-20 · 已验证 nice watch in a fantastic box ,the engraving ia also excellent ### ★★☆☆☆ Not as expected - Buyer · 2024-07-21 · 已验证 Not as expected, quality is just ok but not great --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/beijingwatches.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/beijingwatches.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
