Not so exciting

Belle Poque has been my favourite online shopping experience!

Belle Poque has been my favourite experience in online shopping! All the garments chosen from the website looked & fit exactly as hoped, are easy care, coordinate well with my other Belle Poque garments, & with other items already in my wardrobe. Very happy!

Terrible quality and fit

Terrible quality and fit. Stay away from Bellepoque.

Avoid!

Very unhappy with their customer service. The fit of their clothing is not good so I needed a refund. Their 30 days of the refund starts from their shipping, not the delivery of the items, so it seemed I missed that time by a few days and they would not process the refund. I have placed orders with online shops before, but I would avoid this one.

Love the clothes I received

Love the clothes I received! They look the same as in the pictures and the size chart is accurate!

No returns

No returns! You better really like what you get. Don't order 2 sizes and think you can return the one that doesn't fit.
