On August 26th, I received an email that my order has been shipped but the email DID NOT contain a tracking number. How do you expect me to track my order without a tracking number? How do you expect me to believe that my order has been fulfilled without any updates that it has been completed? I have tried to contact the store multiple times via chat, phone, email, their messaging system and I have YET to hear a reply. Their policy is that they do not refund any custom made signs, but how can they prove that my order was actually made since I, AGAIN, did not receive any sort of updates about the progress or the finished product. Truly, the worst service I have ever experienced.
