My hat arrived damaged due to the shipping box being crushed. They did not offer a replacement without me having to pay for the return shipping. The told me how to remove the create in the brim which also did not work. The hat looks awful with a huge crease in the brim caused by their shipping company. Other options included exchanges but the exchange item would be final sale. That meant I had to still pay for return shipping and I had to accept the risk of possibly getting another damaged item. Not to mention they were in the middle of moving their warehouse so they couldn’t even accept a return right away. Just a very scammy company all around and they don’t hold their shilling company liable for damages.
