Ronal we are sorry that the part was not working and we are trying to work with the manufacturer on the replacement for you. Sometimes this does take longer since it out of our company's control. However we tried to notify you ASAP. You ordered on a Saturday and we took the time to refund your money and notify you on Sunday. We are sorry for the inconvenience and would love to earn you business back. Let us know if there is anything else you need and we can see if we can get you the best price and prompt delivery. Thanks, BRO Team
