I ordered two T-shirts in May and followed the order closely, but after waiting several weeks, nothing arrived. The order status then suddenly changed to “delivered” despite me receiving no email or notification from the tracking company. At this point, I’m honestly convinced this was a scam. There was no proper communication, no delivery, for why the tracking suddenly showed the order as delivered. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The shirts themselves are good quality, and the print looks great (so far, haha). Shipping was pretty efficient. The product was delivered after several weeks but left in an unauthorised unsafe place and as such was stolen. The supplier then refused to follow their own complaints process or indeed failed in their own obligations under law and resolve the situation. Eventually I escalated via my payment provider who found in my favour and credit me back my money. After 2 weeks I became sceptical and then came here to read reviews. Then I wrote off any hope I would ever receive it. But then 2 days later my shirt arrived and was honestly better than I expected. Decent firm material and the print is in very good detail. I don't know what went wrong with the others but since the shirts are sent from China the package were probaly just stopped at customs and with no tracking small things like this can easily be lost and forgotten.
