We’re really sorry to hear how disappointing this experience felt for you. When you come in with clear expectations—especially around something as personal and important as modesty and faith—it’s frustrating to feel like those needs weren’t properly reflected in the final results. That’s completely understandable. It’s also concerning to hear that the images didn’t feel like you. The goal is always to create headshots that look natural and authentic, not altered beyond recognition. Your feedback is important. It highlights areas where we clearly need to do better in setting expectations and ensuring preferences are respected. We never want anyone to walk away feeling unheard or misled, and your experience matters. Thank you so much for choosing BetterPic!🚀🎉

Hello Susan, We’re genuinely so happy to hear how much you loved your photos! Getting 28 out of 40 images you’re excited about is exactly the kind of result we aim for, and we completely understand how tough it can be to narrow down your favorites when there are so many great options. That’s a good problem to have 😊 It means a lot that you’ve tried other platforms and felt the Pro package stood out. We’ve put a lot of care into refining the quality, realism, and overall experience, so hearing that it didn’t even come close truly motivates our team. Thank you so much for choosing BetterPic!🚀🎉

We’re so glad the process felt easy and seamless for you. Getting professional headshots without the hassle of scheduling a shoot or paying a high price can make a huge difference, especially when you need them quickly. That balance of convenience and quality is exactly what we aim to deliver. Thank you so much for choosing BetterPic!🚀🎉

Reading this truly means a lot—especially coming from someone with your level of expertise. When a Senior Graphic Designer highlights realism, lighting, detail, and authenticity, we know that praise doesn’t come lightly. The fact that BetterPic stood out after testing seven different platforms is incredibly rewarding for our entire team. We obsess over the same things you mentioned—natural lighting, believable skin texture, subtle details, and that professional, human feel that makes an image truly usable in the real world. Hearing that the results felt portfolio-worthy and met a professional creative standard validates the countless refinements we continue to make behind the scenes. Thank you so much for choosing BetterPic!🚀🎉

That balance of speed, quality, and value is something we work hard to maintain. Thank you so much for choosing BetterPic!🚀🎉

We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how important it is to feel satisfied with the final result, especially when you've invested in edits meant to bring the photos closer to what you had in mind. Editing can be a nuanced process, and while we try to offer clear options and guidance, it’s clear we fell short in your case. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll use it to keep improving how we communicate the editing process and manage expectations along the way. Thank you so much for choosing BetterPic!🚀🎉

We are also glad to hear the speed and overall process hit the mark for you. We truly appreciate your honesty regarding the few shots that felt a bit "off." Hello Keith! This made us smile — and we totally get the “20-year-old headshots that lie” problem. We’re really glad BetterPic worked well for you overall and that the majority of the results felt natural and high quality. You’re absolutely right that a small percentage can sometimes feel a bit more “AI,” especially around detailed areas like the eyes, and we appreciate you calling that out. It’s something we’re continuously improving, and your feedback helps us refine those details even further. And for what it’s worth, you’re definitely not alone in not being a “selfie guy.” The fact that you still got strong results by winging it is exactly what we aim for. Thanks so much for the recommendation, and thank you so much for choosing BetterPic! 🚀🎉
