So happy we could help! Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. We're just glad you're enjoying the product Lightbox Studio and the service. Thanks for the support!

Thank you so much! Enjoy the plugin!

We understand the frustration when a product does not work as expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To clarify the situation, support was promptly provided starting November 5th. After some back and forth, we requested admin access to address the installation issue and received it on November 17th, at which point we immediately proceeded to fix the problem. Throughout this process, all messages from the customer were answered without omission. I am still waiting for customer's designer to response since then. The code remains active on your site, and the tutorial provides clear guidance for customizing the delivery date picker. Other customers have recently purchased and successfully activated the same plugin: Squarespace datepicker While we have processed the requested refund, we share this information so that other potential customers can make their own informed decisions about the product and service. Thank you for your time.

Glad you enjoyed the support! Helping you get the most out of Lightbox Studio is what we're here for.

It’s wonderful that we could help create that custom experience for your client! We’re actually working on streamlining our guides, but in the meantime, we’re glad the Lightboxify URL feature helped you achieve that seamless portfolio view without leaving the page. Thanks for the honest feedback!

It's great to know we could get your site back on track! Dealing with older versions can be tricky, so we're glad the updated link and instructions made the transition smooth. We really appreciate you sharing your experience with our support speed!

We're so glad that patch did the trick! It’s important to us that the zoom functionality feels perfect across all browser behaviors. While the 12-hour time difference can be a challenge, we’re happy the results were worth the wait. Much appreciated for your patience and the kind words!

It's great that we could get those questions answered for you early on! We love making the setup effortless by handling the heavy lifting, so we're thrilled your lightbox is now working exactly as expected. We appreciate you highlighting the trust and speed of our team!

Enjoy using the plugin!
