Requested a refund within 24hrs, as it states and I’ve still yet to hear anything. Tried to email and talk on chat but keep getting the exact same copy and paste, AI response. This is terrible. Avoid. It’s disgusting behaviour. ### ★☆☆☆☆ they charged me $99 and I asked for a… - Axel Devaud · 2024-06-03 they charged me $99 and I asked for a refund, they told me that if I wanted a refund, I had to make a positive review on Trustpilot, I did it and I never received my money back, they are scammers, I opened a dispute with the bank, bunch of crooks!! ### ★★★★★ good spy tool - Erica zhang · 2024-05-17 ### ★☆☆☆☆ This software is archaic with a very reliable - Mark · 2024-04-23 This software is archaic with a very old looking user interface and it feeds us mostly information ### ★☆☆☆☆ I Got scammed!!! - Juan · 2023-07-10 I Got scammed!!! So I made her an account and thought we could try it for free and if it helps I can pay for a package. The free keywords search doesn't even work it goes to pricing. We tried a number of times from my computer and phone and it didn't work once all the while using up our free keyword search. If this thing can't even show that it works I'm not spending money on this. These tiktok people posting about it really should be called out foe their promotion of it. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scammerd lost my money and don't even… - Obaid Anjum · 2022-09-27 Scammerd lost my money and don't even respond to emails and test I am gonna raise it stripe and shut these fkrs down ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scammers!!! I started the 3 days free trial and then I stopped the subscription and deleted my account, I also sent to Alex an email telling him that I want to cancel my subsciption. But today they charged me 99$ even if I dont have an account anymore! THIEFS!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Unless you enjoy being scammed - Lucy Zarim · 2021-09-21 Unless you enjoy being scammed, be my guest and sign up with them!! They charged my card after the free trial ended (okay cool!) However six days after they charged my card, my account was still registered as a free account. They never upgraded it even though they took money out of my account. Sent emails on top of emails, no response! I had to just bury my tail between my legs and cancel the card. It's too bad I didn't come here to read the reviews before I made a huge mistake of dealing with them. Hindsight is 20/20 - BEWARE SCAAAMMMMEEEERRRRRRRRRRRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE AWARE, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! ### ★★★★☆ cheaper than others - Azelink · 2020-04-13 Not bad, it was free before, now you need to pay for the basic and pro plan, but sometimes it has some promotions, just ask the support to check for you. Anyway, it's still cheaper than other tools. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/bigspy.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/bigspy.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
