A few points we'd like to clarify: Our products are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried), which makes them significantly more stable during transit than reconstituted products. It's completely normal for vials to arrive at ambient temperature, especially during warmer weather, without impacting product quality. Regarding packaging, all orders are shipped in protective packaging designed specifically for these products. However, we certainly want to understand your concerns and make this right. We also see that there may have been some confusion regarding the second bottle. It's important to note that your orders were a day apart. Please reach out to our support team with your order details, and we'll be happy to review the shipment records and resolve any missing-item issues immediately. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further before you make a final judgment on your experience.
