### ★☆☆☆☆ AVOID AT ALL COSTS - No Delivery, Zero Support, Complete Scam
- Buke Lellville · 2025-11-11

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOANT. This company is either completely incompetent or deliberately fraudulent.
The Facts:

Ordered: July 26, 2025 (BOOANT 36V 30Ah eBike Battery, Order #DFII0AW5L)
Amount Charged: $429.99 (immediately charged to my credit card)
Delivery Status: NEVER RECEIVED after 4+ months
Customer Support: COMPLETELY NON-EXISTENT

What I Tried:

Multiple emails to support - ZERO RESPONSE
Contact through website - ZERO RESPONSE
Final demand letter - ZERO RESPONSE

They took my money instantly but provided:
❌ No product
❌ No tracking number
❌ No communication whatsoever
❌ No refund
I ultimately had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back. This should tell you everything you need to know about this "company."
WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS:
This isn't just poor service - this is a company that takes your money and ghosts you completely. Four months without delivery, without a single response to emails, without any acknowledgment of the problem.
Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the months of waiting. Buy your battery from literally anyone else. Even paying more from a legitimate retailer is worth it to avoid this nightmare.
If you've already ordered from BOOANT: File a credit card dispute immediately. Don't wait for them to respond - they won't.

I bought a 63.9v-30.6ah battery for my 60v Ebike. It's working well so far. The shipping seems to be a problem. It took 7 weeks to reach Canada. Went from FedEx to Ups to Canada post.
