Frauds! Stay away

Waiting for over an hour now. No response to emails. Needed an emergency ticket. There is no contact number. No reference ID for the requested service. I should have seen the red flags. Two words - fraud alert!

Also you sent us an email out of our working hours, so we couldn't reply you. We sent you the ticket and refunded you the money first thing in the morning. Did you get the ticket and the refund? Expired after just 48 hours

It should be clearly mentioned, the reservation can expire after 48 hours. If you are applying for a visa, be careful as if they check the PNR after 48 hours, there won't be any details.

Obligatory apology

Obligatory apology. Very happy with this experience, excellent customer service. At first, I searched for my ticket and did not find it, so I was very upset, but when I contacted the support service, I found a speedy response and clarification that I did not understand. The amount paid was refunded, and it will arrive within 10 days, and they gave me the service completely free of charge, It was my first experience and I am very happy with this, and I will always deal with them.
