We're sorry to hear about your experience with our Customer Support team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please email us at galyn@bossmoney.com with your registered BOSS Money telephone number so we can look into what happened and work towards a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. (2026-08-07): Hello Alcides, Thank you for your review.
