Esther Espinal, We are so glad to hear that our app provides such a convenient way for you to send top-ups to your loved ones globally. It's wonderful to know that we can help you manage these important transactions efficiently, especially with your busy schedule. We truly appreciate your recommendation! Thank you for choosing BOSS Revolution
C C, Thank you for your feedback and for continuing to use our service. Regarding the top-up fee, this fee has been in place for quite some time, although we understand it may not have been noticeable before. We also sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced when trying to take advantage of our promotions. While we strive to ensure a smooth experience during promotional periods, higher-than-usual activity can occasionally impact performance. Our team continuously works to improve the reliability and stability of our systems. We truly appreciate your loyalty and your honest comments. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to continue serving you.
Hi Suzi, Thank you for being a loyal customer for more than 13 years. We're happy to hear that you've enjoyed the value, connection quality, and uninterrupted conversations our service provides. We truly appreciate your continued trust. Thanks for choosing BOSS Revolution.
