After going to several wedding dress shops and trying on countless dresses I stumbled across BridalMelody. A company that claims they can make your dream wedding dress at a fraction of the cost of a boutique store or designer gown. It was as easy as sending an email. Next thing you know I have 30 odd emails between Lisa from BridalMelody and myself sharing design ideas, inspiration pictures, internet searches, fabric types and of course design advice experience, whether to add a detail here or pare it back so it wouldn’t look too overloaded. Not only was every email responded to promptly and friendly, but I felt the enthusiasm that poured out of Lisa’s emails which matched my own. Lisa and I concluded what my idea of the perfect dress was and a week later a designer had created the design image and once I agreed to the design it was put in process. I was so excited to see my dream dress come to life. Who would have thought a few months time and I would have my very own custom made wedding dress! As the sewing and hand beading was all started I received in process photos of the progress and questions of whether I wanted the V neck front and back lower/higher and other smaller design features that one doesn’t think to consider initially. After it was finally finished I had my dream dress shipped to me in less than a week and when I tried it on for the first time I was in love with it. It was absolutely perfect and all the gorgeous details were perfect! Everything I asked for I received and I couldn’t be happier and for less than $1500 AUD! I couldn’t find anything half as nice in stores for >$2000 AUD.
I can not wait to wear my dress at my wedding in March 2020.

Designed my dream dress with Bridal Melody!!
I wanted a low back, high slit dancing dress with a cape...and they made it happen in less than 3.5 months!! As I Canadian bride getting married in Bali I was very nervous to order from overseas but Bridal Melody made the entire process easy/fun (I wanna do it again!!).
Customer service was unreal - from the beginning you plan your dress vision exactly how you want it. I was shocked at how quickly I was already getting emailed detailed photos of fabrics to consider etc.
I appreciated getting updates of the dress progress and as person with no knowledge of the sewing world or common sense of fabrics Lisa/tailors always provided expert advice. They are also sewing God's/ adjusted my dress so it was less sheer/less low in the back. Somehow making it look even better!!!
Once I received my dress, I was blown away by the quality and details (handsewn 3D flowers on my cape, lace appliques etc. 😳)
I felt SOOO SEXY and FABULOUS in my dress!! Absolutely went with my glam Bali wedding theme. It looked like it was worth $4000+ and it was fraction of that!! Got so many compliments and husband also loved it ;)
They also made me a custom veil which was long and dreamy and wonderful AND they also gifted me a silk bride robe!!
For all future brides looking for custom dresses or veils, I highly recommend you check them out! You won't be disappointed :)

Thanks to Lisa and her team, I had an amazing wedding. My dress is so beautiful!! The moment when I opened the box, I couldn’t believe it’s mine! The tulle on the skirt is sooo soft and the beading on the top body are so shining and delicate. I paid €800 only, but I think it would definetely cost me well over €2000 in a regular store. More importantly, my local boutiques had only classic wedding gowns and I was looking for something more fashionable and unique. Overall amazing experience, I will highly recommend this company to all my girls!
