### ★☆☆☆☆ This company is nothing but scammers
- Silvio · 2026-09-17

I guess this company is doing the same thing to everyone and the worse is that Paypal is with them . I order a product from their company back in June and it was supposed to be deliveryend of July . I send so many emails to the company and they said that the item ( 12 feet umbrella was delivered end of July around 13 minutes past midnight, which is absolutely ridiculous. I request a refund to PayPal and they said that the item was delivered and because of that I was not getting any refund. I asked them to investigate and few minute I requested I received an email from PayPal saying that they investigated and will not be getting the refund. I am pretty sure that this scam company Brightrp are working together with PayPal, they are scamming people. The company send an email saying that they were going to send me another replacement and I am tired of asking for tracking number so finally I decided to do the review here on Trustpilot.
And as I see this company is being doing the same with many customers. They should be closing this company for liers, unreliable companies
