We recently migrated to a new platform and are transferring historical client data manually rather than through an automated process, as a deliberate decision to protect sensitive financial information. We clearly should have communicated that before you logged in. The new system is also not AI-based, though we hear you on the new questionnaire feeling generic and impersonal.
