They take the money and don't refund. They dint deliver the materials, dresses, shoes, bags etc. more than 2 yrs from November 2022, iam sending them msg. Everytime a new customer care person will ask the problem & say don't worry we will solve the problem. Afterwards they disappear. If they want money from customer & cheat then sorry to say that beggars are better than them. They should also beg. They don't know that a person works & then gets money. This company everytime change their e-mail address also. This all people should be put in jail for fraud & cheating. Shame ### ★☆☆☆☆ IT'S ALL A SCAM - DO NOT BUY - Sue · 2024-03-25 I ordered goods from this company and was watching the tracking details on my phone when the delivery was supposed to be made as no contact information given by the courier company. The information then received was shown that delivery had been made at 4 o'clock in the morning - which courier company delivers at that time of the day? I contacted the company for either a replacement of the goods to be sent again or my money back - especially as I had paid for insurance - nothing was received - NO GOODS OR REFUND!! I had a few nice emails telling me that the refund was being processed but, of course, I then realised that this was a delaying tactic. I have still not received my money. DO NOT BUY from this company, even though their goods look good and value for money - it is not value for money when you lose yours and they have it. It is all a scam and I am sorry that I got involved with them.
