They replied fast in chat. After i payed huge shipping costs no answers. I can only submit ticket chats and not live chats anymore. They don’t respond. 500 us dollars further and nothing. Either total scammers or selective scammers. BUT DO NOT BUY ### ★☆☆☆☆ Customer Service Lies - WhatTheHellFred · 2026-10-17 It's become obvious over the past six months that this website outright lies about order statuses and can't be trusted to deliver on products. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Used to be trustworthy, not anymore - Coastql · 2026-08-31 I received a statue from them previously without issue, got the invoice right after studio released it and it was shipped promptly after. However, things have gotten shady with this website. I have a statue I already paid the shipping invoice for that has yet to be shipped despite getting the invoice in early June, and the discord shows that basically no one has had their orders shipped. I have a few other preorders, one of which has released every where else that I have heard no word on. When asked any questions, they are as vague as possible or completely ignored. I was told my statue would ship early August, and now I’m being told no earlier than September. Not sure if I’ll ever get it. Used to be trustworthy, but now it’s a dumpster fire. Don’t buy from here. ### ★☆☆☆☆ yeah this website is a scam - Maine Accidentally · 2026-08-26 yeah this website is a scam, never got my figure and my money (1 yr and 4 months of waiting for nothing) ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scammers - KR · 2026-08-06 Preordered 2 statues 10/20/2023. I have sent them multiple emails with no response. It is coming up on 3 years and no updates. Chinese scammers. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered two statues - Lytta Neyd · 2026-07-15 Ordered two statues. First one arrived partially chipped and there was no way to do anything about it because it was a limited edition and they make it very complicated to get in touch with anyone. I'm now waiting for my second (it's been almost a year) and I filled out my invoice a month ago and I have no news on where it is even though I emailed them since that was the only choice left to me when they got rid of their support chat, and I still haven't gotten a reply about it. And no I will not join discord that should not be mandatory. Will not be buying from them again. ### ★☆☆☆☆ DONT ORDER FROM HERE. - leeonparas · 2026-07-07 Ordered a statue in 2024, got a broken one like 6 months later than the estimate. Got sent back and i was told they would ship a replacement. Didnt hear anything for years, while i was sending them emails and messages on the website. I had to join a discord server that had tons of kids exposed to degenerate porn statues. I then got a response from one of the customer service people and i asked for a refund. Its been 2 months since and i havent heard anything from the refund and they are flat out ignoring my messages like they have been for the last 2 years. At best an incompetent company or just a straight up scam. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I pre-ordered a statue from these… - Carlos Meza · 2026-06-01 I pre-ordered a statue from these assholes a year and a half ago and thay dident even give me a tracking number and barely any communication every time I contacted these guys thay will tell me the same thing give us your order code oh it hasn't been released yet. with no updated date, I found out later out the statue company that release the figure abandoned production a year back they haven't told me that information kept me in the dark it was listed there for 2 year and removed not to long ago on the website dodgy website with dodgy-ass people buy at your own risk I'll give you a zero stars if it was an option never got a refund. ### ★★★★★ Smaller site, good service. - Personal Mail · 2026-04-27 I have received 3 statues from them with no problems thus far. this is the first figure website i ever purchased from i didnt know about orzgk or anything. Pavel is typically the one who responds to most questions in the live chat and has always answered any order questions clearly he even let me know when a statue i wanted was available after someone only paid the deposit and walked away. Becasue of that i was able to get a statue sold out everywhere else for msr not the insane ebay prices. While they dont always have ALL the statues that come out, sometimes they dont have all the versions like deluxe vs standard either. but what they do have i've yet to complain on. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/bucketandshovel.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/bucketandshovel.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
