The delivery carrier used was a company which has a 1 star rating after thousands of negative reviews and only complaints on their BBB page. Burnbox wants me to keep waiting to receive the package despite the delivery company no longer having a functioning phone, email or chat service. The app subscription starts right away despite product not being delivered and support refuses to contact the carrier nor re-ship the items. If not resolution from Burnbox in the next 24 hours will be forced to dispute all charges with my CC company. Despicable service overall.
