This definitely helps the whole process…

This definitely helps the whole process of fasting! I've always struggled with it past one day, and I made it all three days and dropped seven pounds! I will definitely be staying on this. I take off one star simply because the drinks taste really gross, but chug them down and you'll feel better and continue the fast!

Worth Following Through

I had been considering giving Burn Box a try for several weeks now. When a code popped on my social I decided to do it. Unfortunately the code wasn't honored! I felt like I had been promised something that wasn't delivered. I didn't follow through with the purchase. The next day another code showed up & I was willing to give it one more try. This time the code was honored & I completed the purchase.

Be prepared, by knowing what to expect ahead of time

I , have an intermittent fasting protocol in place for every day. I incorporate the 3 day fast monthly. The first round went without a hitch. The second 3 day fast happened at a very inconvenient time , due to circumstances beyond my control. I made it through, but every day was a struggle. I'm hoping and planning my 3rd round for sometime in May. Hopefully it will workout better, timing wise.
