This is a false claim. I'm not sure why you gave us a one star review on TrustPilot. All of your company documents are in your dashboard for you to download and your order was completed in 10 working days (as promised). You placed your order on 4/20 and your documents were uploaded on 5/1. You placed the basic order with standard delivery (10-14 working day). You have received a notice on 5/1 that your company documents are available in your dashboard as well. You can log in and see them at app.businessanywhere.io. All of this was communicated directly to you via email, with multiple notices.

Your order was fulfilled and your LLC was registered on April 8 2026, less than 24h after your order was placed. You received an immediate email informing you of your LLC formation and that your documents were in your dashboard. We can also see that you logged into your account to retrieve them. As for your articles of organization, it is standard practice to use the registered agent address as the business address for privacy reasons. We explicitly state that in our "privacy by default" brand promise. Any official mail received at your registered agent address is automatically uploaded to your dashboard and you receive a notice where you can view or download the mail online.
