Thanks Amanda for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship out items that require a License Authorization Form until it has been received and processed. We apologize for that delay. I do see that you spoke with a representative on the 11th and she was able to process a credit and replacement order for the missing Sodium Chloride. Your new order is showing to arrive by end of day Friday.

Thank you for leaving a review. While we try our best to deliver the needed products to our wonderful customers, sometimes unforeseen issues can hinder us in obtaining certain items from manufacturers in a timely manner. When facing obstacles such as this, we share in your frustrations and are striving to locate others means of procuring these items for everyone in need.

Thank you, Steve, for bringing this discrepancy to our attention. We can absolutely see how this wording complicates the contents of the pack and we are working with our web team now to correct the item description and make sure that we have much clearer communication moving forward. We are sorry that you had this negative experience and one of our team members will be reaching out to you ASAP to work towards a resolution. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
