Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take every family’s concerns seriously and are sorry to hear that your experience has not met expectations. At C2 Education, our programs are most effective when students engage consistently in SAT preparation, attend sessions multiple times per week, and complete the individualized consultation (IC) process so we can align goals and track progress. In this case, the majority of the hours used with us were dedicated to AP subject support rather than SAT preparation. Within that focus, we were proud to help the student achieve a two-letter grade improvement in her AP coursework. While we encouraged additional SAT sessions and offered to schedule an IC to review test prep progress, those steps were not taken. SAT success requires both strong instruction and consistent practice along with a structured study plan over time. This is something we continue to emphasize with all of our families. We remain committed to supporting students in achieving their goals and would welcome the opportunity to reconnect directly to discuss a more tailored plan for success moving forward.
