### ★☆☆☆☆ scammers who know what to do to keep your money
- Tracey Williams · 2026-09-01

I have been scammed by these scammers. I paid through PayPal for Wireless electric hydraulic jacks x1 Impact Wrench with Impact Wrench. I provided PayPal with numerous footage from my CCTV coverage to show no one delivered the parcel but PayPal refused to refund my money because this company sent them tracking details. The company even sent a message to say they had been delivered to wrong address and would re send, but they never did. They are using TIK TOK to prey on people BEWARE

They advertised they had air con ditioner machines but when i checked with paypal this is a scam website they have no links with paypal they are a fradulent website chinese scam site Cabisca.com scammers website they use tiktok shop to hook you and use fake Paypal buttons Cabisca.com is a very new and highly suspicious online store. It shows typical red flags of a fraudulent shopping site, including hidden ownership details, no proven customer service history, and prices that seem too good to be true. You should avoid buying anything from this site.Warning SignsHidden identity: The owner uses a privacy service to hide real contact info on WHOIS registries.New domain: The site was registered very recently, leaving no track record of honest business. No reviews: There is an absence of verified, positive customer feedback on independent platforms.Risk alerts: Automated security checkers flag the site for high fraud risk.
