(2026-08-10): Hi Sandra, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your purchase. We truly value you as a customer and would like the opportunity to turn this experience around. We’ve sent you an email to discuss this further and hope to find a solution that helps.

- Barbara Weisman · 2026-08-10

- ALYSSA CROSS · 2026-07-27 ·

(2026-07-27): Hi Alyssa, thank you for leaving a review. We are glad to hear that you chose the Maya swim tank again and that you continue to enjoy its coverage and comfortable fit, especially during your pregnancy. Providing excellent service is a top priority for us and your feedback truly means a lot. We appreciate your comments about the limited pattern selection and will share them with our product team. We are also sorry for the confusion caused by the review email arriving before your order and for not receiving tracking updates. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve the customer experience. We look forward to serving you again.
