Capitol Flag & Flagpole Company LLC

Tate, always a pleasure brother, let me know anytime you need anything!

Carmon, Thank you so much, it is customers like you that have kept us in business for 60 years, and every day make it an enjoyable trade to be in!

Brother, thank you so much for the awesome review, we are so glad we met your expectations!

Thanks for the review Candice, we really appreciate it!

Steve and Mary, Thank you so much for the opportunity to serve you, remember you get 10% discount on flags from now on, just call us when you need them!

Mrs King, you are not a customer of ours. We sent you two quotes back in December of 2024, neither of which did you ever approve. This is the reason your project was not done. There is a link in the email to "approve" the estimate, you never did it. We would never setup an installation appointment without an approved estimate. You can see from all of our other reviews, all 5-star that we dont tend to drop the ball on anyone, so your 1-star review, when we have never done any work for you seems a bit unfair. I am more than happy to install a flagpole you can be proud of, but you needed to approve one of the two estimates I sent you to get the ball rolling. While it may be true that your phone call in particular was never returned, this may have something to do with the fact that our office manager, Lisa Rodwell, got sick in December, and unfortunately passed away VERY quickly from cancer in April. We are sorry this was a rough time for us all.

Rusty, thanks for the great review man! Anytime you need anything, service, flags, etc, let me know!

Wow, thanks so much for your kind words, i really appreciate it, but especially the opportunity to serve you. Come back anytime and I will help the best I can!

Miss Locke, It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you and I am so proud to hear you say that we met your expectations!

Thanks for the review! So glad we met your expectations, let us know if we ever fail to.

Lynn Thanks so much for the correction. I told my office staff to put $10 of store credit on your account for the next time you purchase, just as our way of saying thank you.

Michael, Thanks so much for your patience. Staying booked out 6 weeks between homeowner installs like yours, and all our state and county government contracts can make it hard to manage, especially when you throw weather into the mix. In any case, we are so glad you gave us the opportunity to serve you, and we are happy that you are happy with your flagpople!

Bob, Thanks so much for the positive review sir, we really appreciate it!

Thanks so much for your continued support Sean!

Ken, Thanks for letting me know we met or exceeded your expectations!

So glad we could be of service!!!

Thanks! We really appreciate you taking the time to submit this, and we are so glad we met your expectations. Let us know in the future if we can be of further service.

Wow Matthew, thanks for the glowing review! We are happy and proud that you chose us, and that you are happy with our work. Thanks so much!
