We’re happy to hear that you’ve been purchasing DoorDash gift cards from Card Depot for a while and that your orders have consistently gone smoothly. It’s especially great to know that you’ve been able to save significantly with our discounted pricing over the years. We understand that our identity verification process can feel a little thorough for first-time customers, but these steps help us protect our customers and keep transactions secure. We’re glad that once the verification is completed, you’ve found the purchasing process quick and straightforward. We also appreciate your kind words about our transparent pricing—no surprise fees or hidden charges. Thanks again for your trust and recommendation! (2026-08-02): Thanks so much, Amy! We’re thrilled to hear that you love Card Depot! We’re always working to make purchasing gift cards easy, convenient, and a great value, with quick delivery and a smooth checkout experience. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping you with your next gift card purchase! (2026-08-02): Hi Thomas, thanks for the feedback, but we think there's a mix-up here. Hotels.com gift cards don't require a phone number to redeem: you enter the card number and PIN at checkout on the Hotels.com site or app. We also looked into your card, and Hotels.com confirmed it was successfully redeemed on July 21, the same day you purchased it, so it's working as intended. On support: we don't have any record of you contacting us before this review, and our team is available by live chat, text, and email every day. We've sent you an email with the details. Once you've had a look, we'd appreciate you updating your review to reflect what actually happened. (2026-08-04): Thanks so much, Brent! We’re thrilled you’re enjoying the great selection, discounted pricing, and easy checkout experience at Card Depot. It means a lot to know you plan to make us your go-to for gift cards. We look forward to helping you save on many more purchases!
