Helpful email responses pre – purchase, April 2023. Ordered a Honda HDS HIM interface device with software on DVD - V3.104.024. Arrived in uk from China in 11 days. The unit is a copy of the Teradyne(US) HIM. The software disc files would not extract/decompress as most are password protected. Cardiagtool.co.uk were unable to provide password(s), or supply that version of HDS.
