Ich habe im November eine TBox UHD für 172$ gekauft. Das Gerät funktionierte erst, setzte dann sporadisch aus, bis es komplett tot war. Der Support riet mir, es per Software "wiederzubeleben". Ich habe aber klargestellt, dass die Box an zwei verschiedenen PCs überhaupt nicht mehr erkannt wurde. Anstatt mir ein Rücksende-Label zu schicken, verlangte der Supportmitarbeiter schriftlich, dass ich beim Rückversand den Zoll belüge und nur 10$ Warenwert angebe. Danach kamen nur noch Ausreden. Ich war gezwungen, PayPal einzuschalten.

I bought a TBox UHD in November for $172. It worked at first, then started failing sporadically until it went completely dead. Support advised me to "revive" it via software. However, I made it clear that the box was no longer recognized by two different PCs at all. Instead of providing a return label, supportagent  explicitly asked me in writing to lie to customs by declaring only a $10 value for the return. After that, they only made excuses. I was forced to open a PayPal dispute.
