I accidentally ordered the wrong case model for my iPhone 18 Pro Max, so I contacted the company by email before my order was shipped. Their response was incredibly prompt, and they kindly arranged to change the case to the correct model at no additional cost. The case arrived in immaculate condition, and the burgundy colour complements my new iPhone perfectly. The quality, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally CASEKOO handled my request. It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and goes the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. I highly recommend CASEKOO to anyone looking for a high-quality phone case backed by excellent customer service! ### ★★★★★ bought a case from here 3 years ago… - Lucas Reiner · 2026-08-27 bought a case from here 3 years ago still going strong and just took a huge dent when i dropped my phone just now. probably need a new case but it kept my screen completely safe from the fall so fair play! ### ★★★★★ Casekoo cases have to be my favorite… - Renee Hansemann · 2026-06-18 Casekoo cases have to be my favorite cases that I’ve ever had! I got the glitter case and the glitter looks so pretty on the phone and disguises any dust or dirt that makes its way under the case which is a big issue I have with most clear cases. I’ve also dropped my phone a few times and the case is durable. I think my favorite feature is the rotating 360 stand. It makes the phone a lot more comfortable to use and grip plus it gives me extra support while taking photos. It also is great for standing the phone up when I want to watch something on it without having to hold my phone. I can use it as a stand horizontal or vertical! I have had to contact customer support for casekoo and they were so nice and helpful! Overall I love the look and functionality of this case and I would buy it over and over again! ### ★★★★★ Customer support - Romi · 2026-03-09 It was a great pleasure to talk with customer support about my purchases. They are very fast and reliable. ### ★★★★★ I hate slippery cases - Lincoln · 2026-02-02 I hate slippery cases. This one has a nice texture that adds grip without being sticky ( so it still slides into my pocket easily). The buttons are also very clucky and responsive, not mushy like other brands. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Dishonest and Unprofessional… - AlexChicago · 2025-09-28 Extremely Dishonest and Unprofessional Company! They advertise the 20 % Discount on the products they sell to customers but than state that it’s only for very few select “ VIP” Customers???? They also don’t state the Warranty on their website!
