Hello! Unfortunately, you decided to leave your name as Blank Blank in this review so we have no way of verifying if this was a real experience with our business. We stand by our A+ rating from the BBB and our over 1200 5-star reviews on TrustPilot. We should also remind you that we require every customer to check a box confirming that they understand that we only purchase the products that we specifically ask for and need and that we do NOT return any products that are sent to us. We then repeatedly remind our customers of that in every email we send and the text messages we send. In fact, we tell our customers over a dozen times before they sent products back to us what products we purchase and that we do not return anything sent to us. We do wish you had not decided to hide behind a secret persona in leaving this review but that does lead us to believe that you know you repeatedly ignored our clear instructions and did not want us to be able to specifically answer with that in our response.

Kenwauna, We do sincerely appreciate you posting to let us know. We have been in contact with you about your payment. As we have explained, we were able to confirm that your payment email was delivered to the email address we have on file ([email protected]) when we initially inspected your shipment. We then resent it today. Please check all folders (including Spam and Promotions!) as we do see that it was successfully delivered to your inbox! We do hope you will change your rating once you find the email. Please keep us informed!!
