他们之前还不错，直到最近

他们家赌场之前还不错，直到最近几个月，我之前至少每两周就能提现一次，但最近不行了。另外提醒一下，提现上限是100美元，没有增加的可能，所以如果你赢的钱超过这个数，祝你好运吧……他们的提现时间现在简直离谱。比如我最近一次提现已经等了42天了，客服回复说正在处理，哈哈，我真想知道我剩下的奖金还要等多久才能提现。

Cashoomo is by far my go too. Why….you ask?… Well, 3 major reasons. 1. The amazing promos not only are the regular coin packages GREAT. THE DAILY AVAILABLE SPECIAL packages and ways to get special deals. The “ themed quiz “ promo is always awesome. You answer a a simple question on the subject that the current theme is at the time and if you are correct which I hope you are bc the questions and answers are silly but pretty obvious. The offer is usually 12-25SC for the same $ amount and a crazy number of free spins ( 55 - 175 spins ) some times you’re lucky, other days not so much. But hey if your FS aren’t lucky you still have your SC and a chest key or two to make up for it. 2. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. ALWAYS HELPFUL AND MIGHT HAVE A LITTLE SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOU IF YOU ASK REAL REAL NICELY. SOMETIMES THEY DO SOMETIMES THEY DONT. 3. Redemptions- once your verified and through your first redemption it’s smooth sailing. Good Luck. Have Fun. Big Money, No WAMMYS.

他们不给提现

我试着提现100美元，过了两周了还是没动静。我觉得他们就是没钱了。避开这家赌场！！！ 更新：联系了客服，他们说一切都好，只要等就行。已经三周了，我还没收到钱

客服故意不验证

I have been trying to verify my account now for over a week. They want me to verify ownership of the card by sending them a screenshot of the card which I have done numerous times. I have also sent them statements and everthing else. Their customer support just keeps ignoring my emails and sending the same email over and over. Since August 16 there are 19 total emails between customer support and myself. Will update as we move this along. I even sent them a selfie of me holding the physical card and that wasnt good enough. Also sent them the chat history between me and cash app support where they are telling me its not possible to screenshot the card with information visible. update: Then why isnt your support team helping. you have been asking me for proof of account ownership clearly stating that a recent bank statement will suffice. I have submitted my bank statement 3 times. Why isnt it accepted? New Update08/22/26 After 10 days and sending my bank statement 15 times they have now refunded one of my purchases and closed my account. Cashoomo should not be allowed to operate like this. I will not stop until they are shut down.

我等了一个多月了，我的…

I have been waiting over a month for my $100 redemption. I keep getting the same response from customer service saying " EVERYTHING IS GOING FINE AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE". I DO NOT recommend this platform to anyone. I actually don't believe I am going to get my redemption.
