I still have not received this product…

I still have not received this product after ordering it 2 weeks ago. Cattasaurus says there’s a major issue with their shipping service. Should be zero stars at this point.

My two cats LOVE their Cattasaurus! It was recommended by someone who has purchased several different brands and said that Cattasaurus was the one to buy. I’m so glad I made the purchase. Our puppy also enjoys going in 😂

So far it has been a total waste of money. The cats have shown zero interest in the caves and they are just taking up space. I wish it were different but that’s the reality.

Company is unresponsive

Company is unresponsive. Need to return one and the customer service phone number doesn't work and they do not respond to emails. Scam company and subpar product. STAY AWAY!

That cat’s love it

That cat’s love it! They have very different energy levels and until now we haven’t found something that they really love playing in together! The older cat who is much more timid has become king of the castle, helping him get his confidence back and stand his ground with the younger bully cat! Would highly recommend!

No customer service. Manipulative return policy.

I have been emailing your company since 7-16-26. I received one response which was vague and did not answer any of my concerns. When I tried to reply, that was it… I never heard another thing and it’s been since 7-18 after I have emailed almost 6 times asking for an answer. I tried calling the phone number listed and there is a constant busy signal. I find it hard to believe all these positive reviews when I cannot even receive communication back and nowhere to reach anyone. Ironically, I have received emails asking if I am happy with my order. I had conflicting issues with the information on the website as I was looking to return the larger model for the smaller model. On the main page of your website, it says 100% refund because of the satisfaction guarantee. It also says free exchanges. When I looked at the return policy, however it says I would be charged a $20 fee. I was not offered that special deal for the free returns when I checked out originally. Also, it says there that exchanges are not accepted. I’m really frustrated because everywhere I look it says your company strives for 100% customer satisfaction. I would really really appreciate a response and a confirmation for my return hopefully without the $20 fee. I am not one to carry an issue this far, But at this point, I feel the need to contact the Better Business Bureau

She is getting used to it

She is getting used to it, and likes it now, but I wouldn’t say she prefers it. Hopefully she will get there and stop scratching furniture.

Cats are on the fence over the caves

My younger 3 cats at first seemed to really like the 2 that I purchased for about 3 days. Then they became uninterested in them. The 2 older cats (13 & 14 y.o.) sniff the caves every now and then, but don't utilize the caves at all. I haven't given up hope yet on the caves. I have 5 very finicky felines. The youngest cat (1.5 y.o.) does lay on top of them occasionally. I think the product is great myself. Time will tell for the felines.

My cat is very persnicety, but she actually likes hiding inside. She hasn't scratched at it yet but I'm convinced she will.

Love this cat scratcher! My 10 year old cat that loves to shred boxes LOVES THIS THING! She is not a toy cat she plays when she wants! As soon as I took it out of the box she wanted to play! Then when I zipped it together she was in it! She plays in this thing every day

The Cattasaurus Peekaboo Cave is a great addition for my cat. The quality of the product is durable enough for my cat to dig on it as well as run and pounce. One of my cats has taken a liking to the cave so much that she won't let her sister come around it. The design stimulates playtime while also allowing a comfort area to rest.

Solid cat caves you cat will probably love

So, the cat I got this for naturally does not really care much for it. She wants her super old, soft felted cave that she is too heavy for and is slowly collapsing. But then there's Theodore who has lost any hope of getting time with the braincell since I brought this into the house. Solid cat cave. A lot firmer than they used to be so I am hoping that means it holds up to all the strange abuse it is getting now.
