However, if I had realized it was coming from Italy, I doubt I would have ordered the shirt. The item took longer than I thought it would, only due to the origin of the shipping. I purchased a drain, the tracking was an awful experience, it was far from accurate or on time. The drain didn’t fit in my sink. Upon asking the company for an exchange, they said the best they could do was a $2 refund. After requesting the correct piece, they said they could refund me $5. They don’t have a legit supply of materials, just misleading instagram advertising, nor they have a legit refund or exchange system (they told me shipping would cost more than the exchange). No issues there. I have a small issue with the tracking system. It was slow and inaccurate information. I received my order yesterday, June 5th in the regular mail. At the same time, your tracking said the package was just leaving Ireland, heading to the U.S. I also was never given a ETA, so I never could know about when to expect delivery. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tweezers I ordered. I'll be ordering more in the future. Just a barcode for a video from You Tube but can't get into programming mode. When asked support for step by step instructions, they don't give it or even give proper answers to your questions. I am sure the email goes to China. And just want to refund a small portion of the cost. First was $5. Then $8, then $10. The total cost was $49.88 I had to get my credit card company involved for a dispute but have to wait 15 days before anything can be done.
