I wanted to share my honest experience with them. The Milwaukee battery I received initially had a loose fitment issue. When I used it in my handheld router, the vibration would cause the connection to cut in and out, which was a safety concern for me. I reached out to Ceenr support and sent them videos showing the problem, and they responded quickly with a replacement. The new battery works perfectly, and I really appreciated how fast they took care of it. I will say honestly that Ceenr batteries don't fit 100% like the original OEM batteries, but they also don't cost me a kidney, so it's a trade off I'm willing to accept. In my drills, blowers, and circular saws, the fitment is close to perfect and I have no issues at all. The only tool where the fitment isn't that great is my handheld router, though the replacement battery has been fine so far. Performance wise, I love how these batteries work. They hold up well in a commercial setting and I have no complaints about power or runtime. One thing I would love to see from Ceenr is rubber protection around the outer shell like Milwaukee batteries have, or maybe battery protector sleeve boots. That would be a great improvement. Bottom line, despite the minor fitment issues with certain tools, I will still buy their products. Good value, good performance, and fast customer service when there's a problem. I tried them first time via Kickstarter, when they announced the universal LiIon 18V batteries and the adaptors for Makita and Milwaukee - both favorite brands in our company. So it is much easier for us to use CEENR batteries that fits almost into all our hand tools - a simple, great and convenient idea. The are handling customer complaints (in our case they were out of stock for our batteries) on time with a minimum of response time, regardless of the time difference (must be about 7- 8 hrs. in advance to Europe). Then I finally got to use the battery, it's worked perfectly for powering tools, and a small herd of USB devices.
