Thank you for the wonderful five-star review! We’re so glad you had a great experience with us. It’s awesome to hear the print quality was exceptional, the delivery was super fast, and our customer service felt kind and helpful — especially that we could explain shipping times and give advice on what would look best when printed. Your 10/10 rating and excitement to come back for more prints means the world to the whole team at Center City Print. Thank you for trusting us with your project! We can’t wait to help with your next order. 😊

Thank you for the wonderful five-star review! We’re so glad the lady at the front desk was able to calm your nerves and fix the mix-up with your order so quickly and easily. We’re glad the print quality and colors turned out exceptionally well for you — that’s exactly what we aim for, and it’s great to hear they stood out compared to others you’ve seen at functions. We’re sorry about the lack of shipping notification and that the package was left in the mailbox area without a heads-up, causing your neighbor to bring it to your door. That’s not the smooth delivery experience we want to provide. We’ll look into improving our shipping notifications so you (and other customers) get a clear update when the package is on its way. Thanks for letting us know — your feedback helps us get better. We appreciate you choosing Center City Print and are happy the prints themselves exceeded your expectations. See you on the next order! 😊

We’re really glad the ordering was easy and that you’re happy with the nice quality of your poster. We appreciate you noting that the shipping delay was due to a “mechanical failure” on the carrier’s end (not ours) and that it arrived just one day too late for your intended use — we’re sorry that timing didn’t work out perfectly for you. Thanks again for trusting us with your order and for the positive feedback on the product itself. We hope to have the chance to help with your next project and get everything there right on time.
