完全没有客服支持，打电话也没人回。我付了180美元之后账户就直接被停用，他们得改进！更新：我写了差评反映客服问题并提供了姓名，结果他们不是解决问题，而是直接取消了我的账户。现在我只能想办法退款了。别用Cerebral。

我在这里唯一好的体验就是遇到了我喜欢的提供者。她非常友善、理解人、会倾听！非常有帮助且知识渊博。是我见过最好的精神科医生！
有一天我第三次和她预约，她告诉我他们要解雇她……而且他们直到一两天后才发邮件通知我。大约一个月后，我收到一封邮件说我被收取了292美元，但没有说明什么时候收费。我从未被提供过预约的价格或报价！我以为保险会覆盖，因为他们从未收费，而且应用/网站上每月显示我欠0美元。有些人无法在突然通知的情况下拿出300美元……
提供者很好，服务很差。如果你选择这个地方，一定要在预约前争取一个报价。
