The team has been thoughtful in matching us with designers who are not only skilled, but also aligned with our culture and ways of working. Each contractor demonstrated strong craft, clear communication and the ability to ramp up quickly within complex product environments. They integrated seamlessly with our internal teams and contributed meaningfully from day one. What stands out most is the reliability. Timelines were respected, expectations were managed transparently and any adjustments were handled promptly and professionally. It never felt transactional. It felt like a partnership. I would confidently recommend Chance Upon to any organisation looking for high quality design talent that can deliver impact without unnecessary friction. ### ★★★★★ An Inspiring Business Mentor - Xanne - Ray Lee · 2026-02-11 · 已验证 We had mentoring sessions with Xanne as our business mentor, and they were incredibly valuable.
