I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased things. This is horrible. I bought some as gifts and they’re not even good enough to give us a gift not worth the money at all.

The top I ordered was completely different to the one I received. I contacted the company who wanted to give me a small discount on my next purchase and keep the top. I explained it was cheap material, nothing like I ordered and I sent photos of the ordered item and the received item. They now want me to pay to return it to China so they can decide if I have a case or not despite the photographic evidence. Terrible !I do not want to spend anymore money as they will not refund meI know because of their attitude,very poor.

Chamfay.com delivered poor quality items that the design was faded and over pixelated. I requested a refund and was ask to hang items up and take pictures of why they were poor quality. This place is definitely scamming customers with poor quality items that DO NOT resemble what is on their website.

I have been dishonestly sold inferior products. I ordered 4 tops which looked beautiful on their website but when my order arrived I could have cried as they were absolutely nothing at all like the photos. I have e mailed them asking for my money back as I have been mis sold items . I am still awaiting a favourable response. I will go further with this as it is fraudelent.

They are absolutely different products from what is proposed on the site. Poor and unworked materials but simple prints of even low quality. Disgusting products that cannot be worn and much less given as a gift. A real shame. The company asks for the return of the items in such a way as to put the buyer in difficulty who should pay more for shipping than for money recovery. They are a real joke that should ABSOLUTELY BE AVOIDED and reported everywhere. Be careful if you pay with Particular and known forms, convinced that you are protected (as they advertise) you will not be in any way, you will open a complaint, provide all the necessary evidence and in the end they will ask you to send back the material received, therefore NOTHING RESOLVED and useful.

Cheap quality, not at all what was advertised. These are NOT knitted as seen in the website pictures, they are instead POOR quality prints "trying" to look like knitted material. Absolutely disgusting and almost criminal "Fake Advertising" $120+ Australian dollars spent for something that I could've got from Temu for one tenth the price and with probably better quality. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I could have bought better quality at the discount shop for 1/4 the price. Then they wouldn’t refund my money. I was willing to post it back.

Absolutely awful quality, very deceptive photos. It took well over a month to receive and the quality is so terrible the items are going straight to donation. NOT based in USA as website says. Products came from CHINA.
