I immediately wrote to the company limiting to their return policy published on the website and at first they suggested I give the bra to someone else. Eventually they offered me a £4 refund which I declined, having paid £17 for the item. I asked for £14 (cost I paid less postage) and they've ignored all further emails. As normal they then provided despite many previous requests return details with horrendous shipping costs. But they did say if she kept items they would still honor the offer of five pound refund. Dreadful customer service but all too often typical of service offered from Chinese companies.
