Very informative course covering the topic well

I felt that the course was well presented and the presenter was very experienced and knowledgeable. I liked that she provided case law examples and break out group tasks. I also felt there was sufficient time provided for questions to be responded too.

Excellent Project Management Certification Experience

Excellent Patient Safety and Error Prevention Course

The content was very well covered. The course tutor was extremely knowledgeable and made sometimes confusing language very easy to understand and gave real life examples to put things into to context. Now that PSIRF has been going for a while in the UK this was a great refresher for me in which I picked up new ideas and ways of improving. Embedding change is always the challenge and their were really interesting methodologies included.
