Still have not received !!!!!!! How can I review anything ? Shipping ? Terrible !!! Customer service sucks !

1. Shipping & Handling: Our standard processing time is 2–3 business days. You placed your order on Dec 5, and we shipped it out by Dec 8, strictly within our promised timeframe.

2. Delivery Timeline: Our estimated shipping time to the US is 7–14 business days. As of today, Dec 22, it has been 11 business days since your package was shipped. Your order is moving precisely within our standard window, which is quite efficient considering the heavy peak of the holiday season.

3. Current Status: Your package is already with USPS and is scheduled for delivery within this week. We've sent the tracking number via email. Despite the holiday logistics pressure, the carrier is moving your package as quickly as possible.

4. Customer Service: We strive to provide excellent support. When you inquired about your tracking number on Dec 8, our team responded within 6 hours. We haven't received any further messages from you since then; otherwise, we would have been more than happy to provide you with this update sooner.
