I contacted them and they said I ordered the red one, and all they can do if offer 30% off my next purchase, that it would be too expensive for me to send it back internationally? I thought they have a New York address. Plus the ring was too small, my jeweler measured the finger to be 6.25, this ring came 5.5. They still would not make it right. Disappointing service, product was very cheaply made, like costume jewelry for over $ 100. Not worth it. To follow up after my 1 star review, they offered a coupon for a free pink ring replacement, if I removed the 1 star review, I replied, once I receive the pink ring I will remove the review. They responded again and said now they would offer a 40% discount towards another ring. Forget it, not worth the hassle, most companies would have sent the correct ring, they still profit. I was happy to send the incorrect ring back to a US address, listed on the website, not the case.
