Fully compatible with JMP Sim Manager from F-Droid, so there is no need to download their dodgy app. Internet is routed via Hong Kong and is very slow. Roaming on Verizon in USA at around 0.5Mbit. No way I will ever use 20GB that was purchased. On top of everything it comes with Chinese IP address and all online payments are blocked in US due to fraud. I need to connect to WiFi in order to purchase anything online (like museum tickets). Would not recommend using their services ### ★★★★★ Chillaxsim experience - Ola Rychta · 2026-07-16 Despite some troubles installing esim the support center was able to quickly resolve my issue. I requested a refund for one not available and getting error message but no response. ### ★★★★★ Frank just helped me to connect WiFi. - Tom · 2026-06-24 Frank just helped me get connected to the internet. I would suggest adding a note to the email reminding customers to “go to “travel” then turn Data Roaming on, or something like that so it’s clear what needs to be done. Unfortunately, I lost a day without internet access, but I’m happy that everything is working now. Thank you for your help. ### ★★★★★ Fast good help - Kasia Szportuń · 2026-06-23 Good fast amazing ### ★★★★★ Best of the best - Kasia · 2026-06-20 This is the best esim and support I had traveling around the word. Will use only this from now.Thank you ### ★★★★★ Esim adapter - Andrew Denham · 2026-06-18 Signal was excellent everywhere I went sound quality very good no complaints ### ★★★★★ Working like a charm - tjanik · 2026-06-17 Working like a charm, I used it in the US on my Xiaomi ### ★★★★★ It works perfectly - Martin · 2026-06-17 It works perfectly! This is the best thing you can buy when you have dual sim and don't have e-sim.
